We don't just run courses. We manage the entire training lifecycle.

Accreditations & Standards
We hold full accreditation with both major UK plant operator certification schemes. CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) accreditation means we can deliver training and testing for all standard plant categories - excavators, dumpers, telehandlers, and more - with CPCS-appointed testers assessing operators on completion. NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) accreditation gives us the same capability through the NPORS framework, including the option to issue CSCS-affiliated cards.
Our instructors are experienced operators and assessors with real industry backgrounds - not classroom trainers reading from a manual. They understand the pressures of a live construction site, and they train operators to work safely and productively in those conditions. That practical credibility is something our clients consistently value.
Who We Work With
We manage training programmes for some of the UK's largest construction, infrastructure, and logistics firms. Clients like Suez, Ringway, and Amazon trust us to handle operator training across their workforce - scheduling, delivery, testing, certification, and ongoing compliance management. For these organisations, the stakes are high: site shutdowns, failed audits, and operator incidents are not theoretical risks. They work with us because our fully managed model eliminates the gaps that cause those problems.
That enterprise-level service isn't reserved for enterprise-level firms. Whether you're a contractor with five operators or a national business with five hundred, you get the same systems, the same instructor quality, and the same attention to compliance. The scale of our operation means we can offer that consistency without the price tag of a boutique provider.
What "Fully Managed" Means
Most training providers run courses. We manage training programmes. The difference is significant if you've ever dealt with the administrative burden of keeping a workforce certified and compliant. Here's what our fully managed service covers:
Scheduling & logistics
We plan and schedule training around your operational calendar - minimising downtime and ensuring operators are available when you need them on site.
Audit-ready records
A single, centralised record of your entire workforce's training history. When a site audit or client audit arrives, your documentation is ready.
One point of contact:
Your dedicated account manager knows your fleet, your sites, and your compliance deadlines. One call handles everything.
Certification administration
We handle all the paperwork between training completion and card issuance - CPCS applications, NPORS registrations, NVQ enrolments.
